About Us

AMP Accountancy Limited was founded in 2024 from Matei’s ambition to offer a more personal, approachable and high-quality accounting service to clients in Norwich, Norfolk and across the UK. With support from his wife Mirela and co-founder Paul, AMP blends over 25 years of shared experience in tax, accounting and finance.

Matei has spent years working as a tax accountant in London, gaining both technical expertise and a natural ability to work closely with clients. Alongside providing tax support, he enjoys helping businesses grow with confidence, offering guidance that is practical, clear and easy to follow.

 

Mirela’s experience spans both practice work and the finance sector, giving her a strong understanding of the full financial lifecycle of a business. Her organised and steady approach is at the core of AMP’s day-to-day operations.

 

Paul, also a highly experienced tax accountant, contributes senior insight and helps

support client needs — particularly for those who require meetings or representation in London.
